Back Schools

The purpose of our  back school is to promote the following goals at your workplace:

  •   Promoting proper body mechanics for lifting, typing, and other repetitive motion jobs.
  •   Educating your workers on proper techniques for reducing fatigue in the workplace.*
  •   Increasing the health and safety of your workers and decreasing workers compensation claims and costs.

Fatigue is a leading cause for repetitive strain injuries in workers such as carpal tunnel, low back strains/sprains, and shoulder injuries.
