We pride ourselves in our availability, and believe that all our patients will be provided access to our therapists 24 hours a day. This is done through the use of e-mail, phone, and the internet. Our policy at Prevention Physical Therapy is to contact the patient within 24 hours upon receipt of your referral, to schedule an initial evaluation at their earliest convenience.

Our staff is highly efficient in clinical skills as well as communication with physicians. Your offices will receive our initial evaluations and treatment plans within 24 hours of seeing the patient. Doctor's inquiries either from the internet, e-mail, or phone will be responded to within 24 hours with information being faxed if needed.
