Tips of the month are here to help you in developing new games and exercises to perform with your child. These tips are only to be used with adult supervision and allow for you and your child to develop and increasing bond through the use of exercises and play. **


Month Age Group Activity

 

0-24 months Developmental Delay: This diagnosis can be derived from a variety of disorders. The focus of treatment for this condition is in obtaining age-appropriate gross motor and fine motor skills.

- Be aware of age appropriate skill levels for your child, which can be found on the menu "Pediatric Development"

- Consult with your local physical therapist or PPT for information.

- Contact your pediatrician if there are concerns of this condition.

**All tips of the month are to be done with the supervision of an adult next to the child.
