Welcome to our website. At Prevention Physical Therapy, we strive to provide the highest quality care for your patients. Continuing education and growing clinical skills in the physical, occupational, and speech therapy fields are expected from the employees of Prevention Physical Therapy.
I would like to thank you for your interest and possible referrals to Prevention Physical Therapy. We pride ourselves in our availability, and believe that all our patients will be provided access to our therapists 24 hours a day. This is done through the use of e-mail, phone, and the internet. Our policy at Prevention Physical Therapy is to contact the patient within 24 hours upon receipt of your referral, to schedule an initial evaluation at their earliest convenience.
Our staff is highly efficient in clinical skills as well as communication with physicians. Your offices will receive our initial evaluations and treatment plans within 24 hours of seeing the patient. Doctor's inquiries either from the internet, e-mail, or phone will be responded to within 24 hours with information being faxed if needed.
